I think Mr. Jos Rietveld, who lives very close to Groningen, will collect the information you need.
I am at this moment not in the position to go and visit the old Fongers Archives.

I thought my BB60 from 1908 was old, but yours is much older and more rare, I wonder if we will ever find an older one than yours !?
It is a great find, even if only the frame and the fork is original, this is very often so with very very old bicycles.
All other parts must have been changed because they were worn in the hard live the bicycle has had !
